Coach Curtis Watson brings over a decade of coaching experience to the field, guided by his core values of Trust, Accountability, Perfection, and Discipline (TAPD). Since 2015, he has led the Madison Highland Prep Varsity Boys' team, focusing on fostering growth and teamwork. Additionally, he has coached at Phoenix Rising (Desert Foothills) and Ottawa University (Surprise), contributing to player development and team success.

Prior to coaching, Coach Watson played soccer at Saguaro High School, Scottsdale Community College, and Arizona State University's club team, serving as Captain for all three. He holds several coaching licenses and credentials, including the US Soccer C License and United Soccer Coaches National Diploma, complemented by a Master's Degree in Soccer Pedagogy and Coaching Education from Ohio University.

Coach Watson's coaching style emphasizes tactical discipline and character development through positivity and an inclusive environment. He is committed to seeing his players thrive on and off the field, employing a straightforward approach that prioritizes hard work and dedication, pushing student-athletes to be the best versions of themselves.
