Coaching Biography:
2021 – Present | Justice University (Head Coach)
BJ Letcher serves as the Head Men’s Basketball Coach at Justice University in Chandler, Arizona, where he has built the men’s basketball program into a competitive force within the NCCAA and the Southwest States (SWS) Conference. Under his leadership, Justice has emphasized athletic excellence, academic integrity, and character development.
Letcher is also the Founder and Director of AZ Unity Nike EYBL, one of the top youth basketball programs in the country. His experience leading both a collegiate and national-level club program has allowed him to create a strong recruiting network throughout the United States and abroad.
2024–2025 Season
Letcher led Justice University to its second SWS Conference Championship and another appearance in the NCCAA National Tournament. Justice University finished with a 13–17 overall record and an 11–1 mark in conference play, achieving a 7th-place national finish. He was named the SWS Coach of the Year for the second time in his career.
2023–2024 Season
Letcher guided the Justice University to an 11–14 overall record and a 5–6 conference mark, advancing to the SWS Conference Tournament semifinals. His focus on skill development and team culture laid the foundation for future success, setting the stage for the program’s championship season the following year.
Coaching Record
Over four seasons, Letcher has posted an 82–47 overall record, which equals a 63.6 percent winning percentage. Under his leadership, the men’s basketball program has grown to more than 50 active student-athletes across multiple roster levels.

With over 20 years of basketball experience, he combines elite-level skill instruction with an emphasis on teamwork, accountability, and academic growth. His programs focus on producing complete student-athletes—both on and off the court.

Korbin Graham

2025 – Present | Justice University (Assistant Coach)
Entering his third season with Justice University, Coach Graham continues to play a major role in recruiting, player development, and program growth at Justice University under Head Coach BJ Letcher. His efforts have helped establish Justice as a rising program within the NCCAA and the Southwest States (SWS) Conference.
2024–2025 Season
Graham helped lead Justice University to a 13–17 overall record and an 11–1 conference record, capturing the program’s first-ever SWS Conference Championship. Justice University advanced to the NCCAA National Tournament for the first time in school history, defeating Nelson University—who later went on to win the national title—in the conference championship game. Notably, Graham coached David Stallworth, who went on to continue his collegiate career at Mitchell College (NCAA Division III).
2023–2024 Season
In his first season on staff, Graham helped guide Justice University to an 11–14 overall record and a 5–6 conference mark, advancing to the SWS Conference Tournament semifinals, where they faced NBA legend Gary Payton’s Lincoln University (CA). His emphasis on skill development and team culture laid the foundation for the team’s later success.
During this period, Graham also developed a thriving basketball training business in the Greater Phoenix area, working with over 40 athletes while continuing to manage his original program in Prescott, Arizona. His notable clients have included:

Prior to joining Justice University, Graham served as an assistant coach at Yavapai College under former NCAA Division I head coach Jay Joyner during the program’s first season back after reinstatement. Yavapai finished 7–23, laying a strong foundation for the program’s return to competition. Graham coached and developed multiple players who advanced to the next level, including:

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Graham returned to his hometown of Prescott, Arizona, where he founded his own basketball training business and worked in construction while pausing his college degree. 2017–2020 | Education and Playing Career
After receiving offers to play at several junior colleges, Graham committed to Benedictine University at Mesa (NAIA) before transferring to Northern Arizona University, where he pursued a Sports Medicine degree.
2013–2017 | High School Career
A native of Prescott, Arizona, Graham was a four-year varsity basketball letterman, playing one year at Bradshaw Mountain High School, two years at Prescott High School, and his senior season at Canyon View High School. He was named the 2016–2017 Canyon Athletic Association Arizona High School Boys Division I Varsity Basketball Player of the Year, closing out a decorated prep career.
